Guests access
Not a part of your company? Not a problem.
When users are invited from different email domains, they're automatically considered "Guests". Guests are free and sandboxed into their own environment so they can't see (or mess up) anything outside the specific meeting.
Limited ability and control
Guests are on their best behavior, by default
Guests can add to the agenda, manage and make notes on their own topics, and complete next steps. But they can't accidentally delete or change your content or access anything else. It's collaboration with control.
