You should think about deviding the meeting into 5 sections: CONNECTION TIME, THE WORK STUFF, WRAP IT UP, THE SETUP - cameras off, LET'S MEET - cameras on. Then adding the following nick bequary's one-on-one topics, where appropriate:

• 5 min review of previous week
• What's top of mind right now? What's keeping you up at night?
• What's your outlook on this week? 😡 | 😐 | 😃
• Are you getting enough support on your work and initiatives?
• Do you feel you’re getting enough feedback on your work? If not, where would you like more feedback?
• Is there anything I can take off of your plate or help with?
• Review all agenda items and make sure we covered everything
• Review all Next Steps and make sure we are clear and didn't miss anything
• Add last minute agenda items
• What's your stress level?
• Having fun? Enjoying your work? What are you enjoying most?
• Are you getting your important work done?
